Project Manager/Estimator Objective and Responsibilities: To prepare thorough, timely and accurate project estimates for all agencies and clients as directed. Review and Preparation of bid documents, specifications, plans and written proposal and price quotes. Responsible for evaluating specifications, drawings and other bid materials to ensure the proposal is complete and competitive for a successful bid.

Quality Control Technician Objective: QC tech will be responsible for everyday aggregate and asphalt testing from multiple operations at the point of origin. Testing procedures for rock and asphalt (where applicable) include, but are not limited to; sieve analysis, liquid limit, plasticity index, specific gravity, absorption, density, compaction, moisture content, oil content, etc. Job Duties and Responsibilities: QC tech will also be responsible for working with Aggregate Manager and job Superintendents to make sure material is being sampled at point of use correctly and on time. QC tech will be responsible for reporting all test results to Aggregate Manager and all other appropriate parties correct and in a timely manner. QC tech will also be in charge of making sure all lab equipment is calibrated and serviced on time, as well as organization and cleanliness of the lab. Any other duties as assigned.

Aggregate Plant Superintendent Objective and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day operations of the aggregate plant, including aggregate production, plant reclamation, quality assurance and quality control. This individual will ensure that production quotas are met, within budget, and that the crushing plant and equipment are scheduled and operated properly. Proper operation includes: monitoring and maintaining product quality, operating the crushing plant within permitted environmental parameters, scheduling hours of production/load-out and coordinating maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality and compliance with all appropriate governmental regulations. Also, implementing sound business practices in the coordination of people, safety, equipment, inventories, materials, supplies and maintenance.

Lube Tech Objective and Responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance to equipment, trucks, and vehicles. Follow Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials, as required. Work under general supervision from verbal and written instructions and intermittent directions.

Field Mechanic Objective and Responsibilities: Perform repairs to equipment, trucks, and vehicles. Follow Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials, as required. Work under general supervision from verbal and written instructions and intermittent directions.

Driver/CDL Objective and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of tasks incidental to trade requiring application of knowledge and experience gained on similar assignments. Follow Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials, as required. Work under general supervision from verbal and written instructions and intermittent directions.

Concrete Finisher/Laborer Objective and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of manual labor tasks incidental to trade and craft work requiring application of knowledge and experience gained on similar assignments. Follow Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials, as required. Work under general supervision from verbal and written instructions and intermittent directions.

Equipment Operator Objective and Responsibilities: Operator in mainly responsible for the operation of Excavator/Backhoe, and is responsible for loading trucks while excavating areas. Three or more year’s on-the-job experience on an excavator/backhoe digging underground water/ sewer installation and in various situations and loading trucks. This position reports to the job foreman.

Laborer Objective and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of manual labor tasks incidental to trade and craft work requiring application of knowledge and experience gained on similar assignments. Follow Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials, as required. Work under general supervision from verbal and written instructions and intermittent directions.

Engineering Administrative Assistant Objective: Responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical functions required in effective implementation of engineering bid proposals. May be assigned occasional duties of a higher level of difficulty. Must have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clerical experience, two of which must have included organization, coordination and performance of duties at a responsible level. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
